Not many people are a fan of these little fellows. I, on the other hand, think the world of these beauts! There's something so mouth watering about a nice bowl of brussel sprouts that makes it worthy of a post. My brother introduced me to Alton Brown about a year ago and I've become a fan of his show and his books and so when Alton did an episode on brussel sprouts, it was an instant switch to go buy some and cook them up! It's been a while since i've cooked them fresh so I just want the way Alton suggested which is an easy process. Cut, clean, steam for five minutes with some salt and then once done drizzel with some melted butter. tasty!

Yum. Sounds gassy. Would you expect anything less from Derwood's twin? Did you know that these little things are cruciferous?
I love them! My fave way is sautéed with bacon pieces and soy sauce - so tasty!
